DELIVERY

Standard Delivery is Free to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands for all items.

Upgrade to 1st Class at the checkout for a faster shipping time. Prices will be displayed before confirmation of payment.

Items are shipped by Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

All items will be dispatched within 24 – 48hrs of Cleared Payment Received.

Parcels are packed on a daily basis, Monday to Friday.

Please however allow up to 5 working days for delivery of your order. Most will arrive between 2 and 5 days.

Please note that whilst we will dispatch an item prompty sometimes there can be delays in the service by the delivery companies. If your parcel does take a little longer, then please be patient. Let us know if an item has not reached you within 10 working days and we can help track it down.

RETURNS

Our “No Quibble” guarantee means that if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us in its original condition within 60 days of the date you received the item, unused and unopened, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. If you want to exchange it for a different item, then please include a note to let us know. As long as we have stock available, that can be arranged once any price difference has been settled. Postage costs are to be paid by you.

In the unlikely event of a fault, then either an exchange or refund is available. Postage costs would then be paid by CelloExpress.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund or exchange efficiently:

Please send us a note detailing the reason for return. This note MUST include your name, address, contact numbers and email address.

In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault.

Wrap the item securely and send the package to the address on the contacts page.

We recommend you use a signed for delivery service for your return. Your statutory rights are not affected in any way.
